Am I thinking realistically?

UK/US Dual Citizen (Applying as Domestic) and following British Curriculum

Just got my SAT scores (new) which is 1240, (630 reading&writing and 590 on Math) I got 7,6,7 on the optional essay.
I’m pretty happy with that, of course I could have done better but I took it during my finals.

Anyway, My GPA from my GCSES (unweighted) is 3.9
If I get BBBB at my AS Levels, (Bio, Chem, History & Politics) my weighted GPA would be 4.7, but of course I hope to get higher.

My ECs:
Senior member of charity committee, organising charity events for throughout the school year for around 4 different charities
Senior Prefect (which is kind of like being on a leadership team)
Tutor for History, Physics and Maths for younger students
Media organiser at my local church
I also volunteer at my local hospice each weekend.

I was considering applying for:
Howard University
Syracuse University
University of Miami
George Washington University
Loyola New Orleans

Not sure about these:
Tulane University
Villanova University
University of Richmond
Northeastern

Could I have some feedback? Is there any schools you think I should add/subtract? Any Advice? Extra info?
Thanks in advance!

Not exactly sure what your looking to major in or your financial situation, but some more schools that might be on the higher end of the spectrum (because you have no real reaches) would be Boston U, Davidson, Emory, UCSB, Wake Forest or Washington & Lee.

Oh, my mistake! I’m hoping to major in Political Science with a minor in economics.
Of course the more affordable the better but money isn’t going to be the deciding factor, my parents have made that pretty clear.

Thanks, I will have a look into those.
