Alright, so I have a range of questions, and I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could answer any of them.
Background about me:
Junior in Highschool, I fall under the “asian” category for the sat (Indian), Male. Living in Georgia
Grades Summary: GPA: 4.133 Class Rank: 54, Percentile: 92.19%.
Questions:

How did you guys decide what you wanted to be when you grew up? My parents are quite chill about these things, so I have to make the decision and I am very lost.

Does being Indian hinder my college acceptance chances?

Is it better to go instate or nah?

How much leadership experience should I obtain to get into a “good college”?

How realistic are my chances of getting into UGA, GaTech?

Are UGA, GT, Emory, GSU, good colleges to consider if I am going instate?

Should I consider applying to “big name colleges”? uChicago? HYP? Cornell? etc.

Does playing a sport help? I used to play rugby back Freshman year, but havent played since.

This one is kind of iffy, and not that I really care: But is there a lot of racism that occurs at schools? I have been able to surpass the little ones that occur in Highschool and have actually become socially well off, but should i expect more in College?

How important is the SAT? Grades? Extracirriculars? in determining an applicants acceptance?
