<p>It seems so rare to have this kind of customer service, I just have to rave about it. Anyone else with some great customer service stories? I think we aren’t supposed to be plugging products and companies on here so I’ll keep it anonymous. </p>
<p>I bought some language software a month ago. It’s been fantastic, but after one too many small typos and one minor software bug, I wrote them an email tonight about it. </p>
<p>They responded with a detailed, personal email in response to my email! And did so within 5 minutes! And on a Sunday night at 835pm!! And offered to send me the updated software as soon as they were finished! And, if that wasn’t enough, they’re giving me a refund of about 30% of what I paid. </p>
<p>I’m in awe.</p>
