<p>Don’t think I’ve seen a thread for this season yet…</p>
<p>Anyone as disappointed as me that the Princeton guys are out?! My FAVORITE team! Loved their attitude and humor - who should I root for now??!</p>
<p>The sledding task tonight was brutal. Not enough to manuveur that track, but to have to do it while upright on your knees ? Crazy!</p>
<p>Next week will be in search of a new “favorite team” - maybe the dad and daughter.</p>
<p>I’ve been watching it. This season has fewer teams that I ‘don’t’ like so it’s harder to pick one to root for. I like the father/daughter, father/son, the doctors. I don’t really like the guy halves of teams where the guys are yelling at the girl halves. I’ll bet this competition is a learning experience for some of those relationships.</p>
<p>The sledding looked fun.</p>
<p>For the first time, there’s not a team I totally dislike. I agree that the couples teams do too much arguing. The guys yell too much but some of the girls are too whiney. Surely they have watched previous seasons and knew what kinds of crazy tasks they would have to do.<br>
I like the father/daughter team, the tv sales girls team, and the father/son team. The tattoo team couple crack me up. The Princeton guys seemed nice but all the singing was kinda of corny.</p>
<p>My favorite team is the father/son (Michael/Kevin?). I just love their care for each other. I was really proud of them for enduring last night’s <em>Speed Bump!</em> They are very strong. Also, I agree about Tattoo Team cracking me up. Wasn’t it they who wondered if the cab driver knew where the Arctic Circle was… :)</p>
<p>Missed it last night because of baseball. Sad to hear the guys are gone; the were my favorite. i also like the father/ds/dd teams and the docs.</p>
<p>Haven’t really watched previous seasons on a regular basis, but H & I are watching now. I’m also bummed that the Princeton guys are out. Agree that some of the girls whine WAY too much, but I’d also like to see a couple of those guys get a dose of their own medicine.</p>
<p>This used to be the show that S2 and I watched together. Even tho he’s gone, I’m still a fan. I liked the Princeton boys too; how ironic and sad that they were eliminated on their graduation day. Now, my favorites are the drs and the father/daughter teams.</p>

<p>I thought it was so kind of the Asian son to say they should do the tent task rather than the sledding because he was worried his father would get hurt on the sleds.
How 'bout the father driving the dog sled team? He was having such a great time.</p>

<p>I’m enjoying this season more than recent seasons past because they didn’t have any stunt casting this year. Its nice to see “normal” people in the race rather than celebrities turned reality show participants. </p>
<p>I’m enjoying the father-daughter team as well as the two docs. Most of the couples could be eliminated now as far as I am concerned - especially the “whiner and the shouter” (can’t think of their names right now). She whines constantly about what she can’t do - and he is abusive… such a lovely couple…</p>
<p>We sat through all of Princeton’s wonderful Graduation programs in the sweltering heat thinking of those boys off on the adventure of a lifetime. Little did we know that while we were sweating, they were freezing. It was nice to see that they were kind and gracious to everyone they met and represented their alma mater well (even if they didn’t know the geographic location of Ghana). I have watched every episode of Amazing Race since it’s first season and I now have to find a new team to root for:( Loved the tossing of the baseball caps! Good job, Jonathan and Connor!</p>
<p>Sewbusy, did you know them? They were just so fun! Wondering what their majors were…(hey, I love ARace, but this IS CC…)</p>
<p>The home shopping network hosts (Brooke and Claire?) have been growing on me each episode. I didn’t like them the first episode because the blond one was annoying, but the other took that watermelon in the face and kept going. Since then they just seem to take on each task with a good attiude and a sense of adventure.</p>
<p>Brooke is like the energizer bunny. :)</p>
<p>Does anyone else come up with names for the couple’s within your home? I have decided that the daughter of the father-daughter team (who I like) reminds me of Paula Deen’s long-lost daughter!!! Her look, her accent, her energy…she’s real cute.</p>
<p>This hasn’t been mentioned yet, so I’ll do it. Kevin and Michael (father and son team) are pretty popular internet “stars” on youTube. Kevin has made approx 60 videos, many include his dad which are hilarious. Kevin is a college student in California, but he’s from Texas. Under the name Kevjumba, these productions have millions of fans and views. If you’re interested, here’s a link to one of the videos.</p>

<p>I have to believe there is renewed interest in Amazing Race this season because they happen to be participating.</p>
