<p>We’ve been considering amazon prime for a long time.
We spend a bunch on amazon but always try to group purchases for ‘super saver shipping’ over $25.</p>

<p>Seemed like the right time to try it free for Christmas shopping.
I did look at the MOM prime but couldn’t quite make it work, don’t know why.
Ended up accepting a month free of regular prime for my account and then sending an invite to DH who has a separate account. So we’ll both shop with free shipping through Christmas. We also activated the Prime videos thingy on our Roku and watched two movies last eve.</p>
