Amazon Prime & Unlimited Kindle deal for Big Readers

got this from a reader friend of mine…

"If you’ve got Prime they have a very good deal on the “Unlimited Kindle” subscription. It is usually $10 month for unlimited book downloads but today they have discounts that get better the longer you subscribe for. We got 24 months for $140.00. Pretty good deal for unlimited books AND audio books for 2 years!

Making it even more attractive for multiple Kindle Users in your household with multiple Kindle accounts you can create a Family Library and share your books you’ve downloaded under the unlimited program."

not sure if I’ll do it or not, but thought I’d pass on…

It looks like there is a lot of junk on Kindle Unlimited. When I search for favorite authors, often what comes up is books by other people, or plot summaries of the author’s books. Is it mostly self-published stuff? It has the appearance of cable tv: 199 channels with nothing interesting to watch.

Better to download books from the library for free.

Just heard from goskid #1, who told me no–not worth it because of

yeah, not being able to have more than 10 at a time would sink it for me…
