Some stores will give you store credit, especially if it’s a gift.
Can you find something at Amazon that you might want to order and then use up the store credit? It should come up as a payment option.
Or can one of your kids or relatives use up the credit?
They credited back to my credit card yesterday. No real issue just very annoyed. Defat should be original method of payment unless stated otherwise.
If you find Amazon immoral, hopefully you have closed your account and stopped dealing with them. Knowingly providing funding to an immoral organization is immoral in itself.
Personally, I don’t find clicking a box to be a hugely traumatic experience.
