Ambiguous questions on the common app

<p>on the common app you have these ambiguous questions:
_“Special college or division if applicable:” (75 char limit).
_“Possible career or professional plans:” (50 char limit).</p>

<p>What do them want me to write? Could you give me some examples?</p>

<p>The first one refers to if the university you are applying to has several different programs. For example: College of Arts and Science, College of Engineering, etc. </p>

<p>The second one refers to if you have plans for a career. If you plan to be a doctor, lawyer, banker, etc.</p>

<p>“Special college or division if applicable” Some universities, like NYU or UPenn have specialized colleges in it. Jumbled examples: Tisch, Wharton, Stern, CAS, Nursing, etc.</p>

<p>“Possible career or professional plans” A specialized career you want to go into as mentioned above.</p>
