<p>I just registered a user id on AMCAS in order to sign up for the MCATs in the Spring. It says something about accessing the 2009 application. I WILL be applying in Summer 2009, but this seems very early to be able to access the application. I just wanted to make sure that this isn’t for the previous cycle. Thanks.</p>
<p>AMCAS for summer 2009 will not go live until the first week of June or so. You have signed up for the cycle of applications that started in June 2008.</p>

I’m not sure why you thought you had to sign up for AMCAS to register for the MCAT.</p>
