I want to go to AMDA college and conservitory so badly but I recently got suspended at my highschool for a really horrible joke I posted online. Do I still have a chance to get in or if they find out about this will they turn me away instantly?
There is nothing on the application that states you have to disclose a HS suspension, however, if your one of your recommenders mentions it in their LOR, it could be an issue.
Is the suspension listed on your HS transcript? If so, then you might have to explain the situation.
You could always call admissions to see if this will impact your chances.
