<p>Has anyone noticed that if you study out of country in an American School, it’s so much easier to get into an Ivy League? My Tutor’s Friend went to a Taipei American School in Taiwan and he had mediocre grades. If he was in America going to a Public School, He’d probably get into UCLA max. HE GOT INTO YALE. =[ Can someone Explain this to me please. He didn’t really have any extra curriculars either except for Varsity Soccer. He wasn’t Captain either.</p>
<p>Your speculation is just that. Obviously there was something about his file that made him attractive. Your second-guessing Yale is unseemly.</p>
