<p>What are the best colleges for American Sign Language (ASL) in Arizona? This is for my friend who wants to become an interpreter. She looked into ASU but is hesitant about going there because of their extremely high dropout rate.</p>

She should go to Rochester Institute of Technology Interpreter Training program. Forget Arizona.</p>

<p>No, she wants to stay close to home so RIT is too far away. There’s a list of good ASL interpreter programs, but they’re mostly all in the Northeast.</p>
