Update: I finally found my AU ID number and I was able to create my account and see my financial aid information!!!
Congrats! My son logged into the portal but it says his application is still under review. Is he logging into the wrong portal?
Does anyone know what order they send out the letters in? Like is in alphabetical or random?

Is there anyone who wasn’t able to create an account earlier today but could later on? I’m starting to get really concerned.

I have the feeling I got rejected since my AU ID is coming up invalid and I can’t make an account haha oh well 
My son has an account with his 10 digit password. Is this a different account that he needs to set up?

How are you trying to make an account? Is it the same one they had you make with a 10 digit password?
There are two accounts, the prospective student portal and the myAU portal. I believe the prospective student one has the 10 digit password. The other account, myAU, can be found at myau.american.edu and click on “Create your account” underneath the general login bars and then you click on “New Student” and then you type in your AU ID, which can be found at the bottom of your emails from AU, it’s in italics with something like “Your AU ID is: _____” and you use that and try to make the account except for some of us, such as myself, it’s coming up invalid so either they have not opened access to everyone yet, or only to those that got accepted, or they haven’t finished opening access to those that got accepted, I can’t tell right now

@AccreditAP is right, last year’s thread suggested that the whole myAU account thing is not totally correct, as some got waitlisted yet were able to make their account and see their aid/scholarship, while other who was not able to but received their physical letters.
Regardless, I’m not feeling good for my application either :))

Has anyone from Vermont got to make an account yet? I was pretty confident about gettimg into AU… I still cannot make an account and even tho this back-door way of finding out acceptances wasn’t 100% accurate last year, I’m so stressed…
