AML 2070 and ENL 2022

AML 2070 and ENL 2022 are American literature and english literature courses respectively that say they count towards general education composition credits OR general education humanities credits. Does that just mean I get to choose which one I want them to count for? And if I choose humanities, would I be forfeiting the general education writing requirement completion of 6,000 words for each of these?

As long as the course has a writing component and you pass it, you get the credit for writing regardless if the class is Composition or Gened. That’s the best thing about picking gened classes with writing, because they fulfill multiple requirements.

As far as picking which requirement say C or H you’re using it for, I’m not sure how that goes.

a 6000 word course is 6000 words. many humanities/social studies courses are GR classes.
