I’m a freshman of a Korean international school. The thing is, I earned a high honor roll last quarter, with 2 B+s and the rest A’s (just to note that 90-93 is B+). I’m earning an F in communications this quarter… my GPA will be pulled down. I’m not sure how much. Can somebody help me out in what I should do? I have approximtely four weeks left of second quarter…
Freshman grades do not count a lot do they?

You should do whatever it takes to not get an F.
A few colleges don’t count freshman grades. Princeton is one example. Most universities, including Ivies do count them, though not as much as soph, junior grades. Even those that don’t count freshman grades will be influenced by your h.s. class rank, which will use your freshman grades.

Why are you getting an “F” in communications?

I was wondering the same thing? What do you guys do in communications? I mean im in communications and in order to get an F, you need to not attend class, dont do the quiz and do give your presentations.

what is a FROSH doing on this board…

but just kick ass in all your courses and make straight As. explain to college what happened.

hmm what is communications? is that like English?
lol we don’t have that at my school
