An open letter to NCSSM Thread Bombers

I appreciate your enthusiasm and curiosity, but here are a few tips:

A) Use the search tool before posting a new thread.

B ) When you start a new thread, wait a day or two to see if it gets any hits before bumping it…

C) When you are new to the forum, refrain from starting more than one or two threads a day (perhaps good advice even if you are an old-timer).

From my time (5 years?!?) as a parent on the forum, I have found that doing your homework FIRST pays big dividends in the end. Starting 8 new threads in a day (a few hours?) does not.

Yeah, I noticed that there were a huge overload of NCSMM threads. I did not even know what NCSMM was until I googled it yesterday.

Please keep back the hype, guys.

It’s not about hype, mathman (btw, weren’t you an exceptionally active threadstarter not so long ago?)…it’s about etiquette and how to get the most out of the CC forum.

Yeah, I seem to remember a little mathman spam a few months ago. :wink: It’s not just you guys… everyone should take note.
