<p>I want to interpret a quote and analyze its influence on the way I live my life for my CommonApp essay. Is this too cliche/unorthodox?</p>
<p>Also, if it does seem like a good idea, would the essay fall under person of influence (since the quote was written by Henry David Thoreau) or topic of your choice?</p>
