@jym626, I already posted this on the cat thread, but my D2’s 3 year old cat recently was treated for a severe UTI. So glad she didn’t suffer complications!

Good point, @TQfromtheU . But grumpy is only a half credit? Maybe some other famous animal star will round it off

1/2 for being small & fluffy. I tell my husband to treat our found cat like a very small toddler. I think Grumpy’s fortune will be wherever it is now. Grumpy surely wasn’t a shopping maniac like Michael Jackson or anything. Her head staff person will continue to spend it and hopefully saved some for the future.

He had a really long life. I used to work in a building his firm designed in Houston. Beautiful structure and the view from the sky lobby was fantastic.
And Herman Wouk, too.
I have to admit I didn’t know Herman Wouk was alive.
Same here. I had assumed that Herman Wouk died years ago.
OOh, I forgot about IM Pei. A large building right by my office was his design. So sorry to lose him, but he was 102!!
