Annex housing seems to be a problem

<p>I also never found out about the annex housing issue. it seems to involve a lot of residential colleges. See these articles:

<p>Well, upperclassmen aren’t guaranteed housing so juniors, lacking seniority compared to seniors, are annexed. Sophomores usually don’t get annexed since they’re guaranteed housing.</p>

<p>only juniors are not gauranteed housing in the college. everyone is gauranteed on campus housing. most juniors live in their colleges.</p>
