Another cheating scandal

4 Milton students tied to hacking
Changed grades, academy alleges

[Milton students hacked into school’s computer system - The Boston Globe](http://www.boston.com/news/education/k_12/articles/2007/11/27/4_milton_students_tied_to_hacking/)

It’s too bad those students took the low road. That’s unfair to their classmates.

Isn’t it sad when bright students misuse their creativity and intelligence,

Don’t you think that they do it sometimes for the pure thrill of disobeying the rules? I am not defending them, just thinking that probably reason number one were not poor grades but rather defiance of the system.

I agree with you, Kelowna. How stupid of them. This will follow them for years and years.

Or become a light-hearted teenaged romp movie in which the students are portrayed as adorable rogues…remember the one about stealing the SAT?

Or the kids will follow alum Ted Kennedy into politics, who was not stopped by cheating & other more serious character flaws…

Oh, that is definitely the fault of The College Board and the SAT! Or is it Lloyd Thacker’s nemesis … the commercialization of admissions?

I wonder why 3 were only suspended and not kicked out like the other one? It seems that they should all have been kicked out if they all participated in the crime.

Could be worse they could have had an arrest for assault, that would seriously screw them up.
