Another Europe thread

My sister has made a tradition of taking her nieces and nephews to Europe sometime during their teen years. The first two she took at 13 and has since decided that the teens would get more out of it if a bit older. She has already taken 4 teens over the last 12 yrs. All of my kids have had their trip. My sister is making plans to take the next two. 16 yr old female and 14 yr old male. The kids are not siblings and probably only spend 4 days together in any given year. Both are quiet. My sister has some health issues that have lessened her mobility. All the past trips were done as independent travel, no tours. She is thinking that this time because of the mobility issues and that the kids don’t know each other all that well she should consider some type of tour. Both kids like to cook. Both are bright and enjoy learning. Not looking for a lay on the beach type of trip.
Any suggestions- In the past she has taken the teens to London, Paris, Rome and Venice. She would prefer to go somewhere new. She is considering Prague and Budapest. Looking for suggestions of tour companies, cooking schools or anything else that might sound interesting.
Another change is that in the past she has gone during the spring. Due to work and the kids schedules this trip will probably take place late this summer. Trip would probably be 10 days.
Edit- Health issue is rheumatoid arthritis

How about…
A Danube River Cruise with Budapest & Prague

Dh and I are tentatively planning a European vacation this summer, and I’ve been browsing the websites for ideas. There’s a site called European Destinations where you can see itineraries that others have taken, you can modify one for yourself and choose hotels, airfare, ground transportation, etc., and they give you a price for the entire trip. It’s like an online travel agent, but you do a lot of the planning. It seems like it might be a good way to go, and the prices seem reasonable. The permutations for hotels, air and destinations seem limitless.

We know some folds who have been on that cruise… Not sure how teenage friendly it would be, but the grown ups loved it.
