Anthropology

I’ve peaked a major interest in this field. I was wondering if West Point includes this as a major.
And now I am also considering Navy because of all the free traveling you receive.

Travelling???
By the end of this summer during the first two years at West Point my cadet has traveled to:

Out of the US: Greece, England, Hawaii, Germany.

In the US, various locations within: Colorado Springs, Boston, NY, Vermont, Ohio, Kentucky, Maryland, Washington DC, ( I can’t remember all of them.)

I think you will have plenty of “free travel” opportunitites from all the service academies. Where you go and how often you are able to take advantage of these wonderful opporutnities depends solely on you (grades, time management skills, sports activities, etc).

I do not believe West Point offers an anthropology major. Anyone?

i’ve glanced through the coursebook on USMA’s site and didn’t see anthropology. here’s the link… http://www.dean.usma.edu/sebpublic/curriccat/static/index.htm

Navy offers half the number of majors as army, you will just have to see which academy offers you what you are looking for.

Thought I would take a qucik peek over here and now I see that Shogun has de-annexed Hawaii from the U.S.!!

Have to watch you Army guys . . . .

o’rly? I never heard anything about cadets traveling.
Awesome

I want to major in something fun. So far its polisci but i need to review the majors.

Hey Bill,

Sometimes I get the feeling when I am over there that Hawaii would just as soon not be the 50th state (unless it means more public funds  )
