<p>No- submit the highest scores to the schools you are applying to, unless the school does not accept score choice. The only reason to take more than the required number would be to submit the highest scores.</p>

<p>Only if you are applying to the supper selective lottery schools. Then you would submit more than the min for all tests, assuming you were scoring 750+ to show your strength in many subjects.
For the vast vast majority of schools, no, you only have to submit the minimum.</p>
