I got an interview invite and I’m unsure how to prepare. Does anyone know more about how their interview works? This is the description they gave:

Each applicant will meet with an individual interviewer for 15 minutes in a traditional interview format. In addition, each applicant will be asked to address an MMI prompt within a group setting for 30 minutes.strong text
Also does anyone know how many people actually get the interview vs how many actually are accepted?
