Any advice?

Hey People!!!

I have one opiniony question.
I am deciding between SCU and URochester for freshman admission. I plan to transfer at some point from either.

My possible plans as of now:
SCU -> Stanford
SCU -> UC Berkeley, Irvine, or Davis
URochester -> Stanford
URochester -> Brown

I know that they’re all a little farfetched. If anyone has any solid opinions, advice, or general facts about any of these plans it’d be extremely appreciated! My high school transcript/scores are pretty average (30 ACT, 3.7 UW, 3.9 W). I will probly choose a school based on the plan.

My main goal with this post is to see which plan is most doable/possible.

Thanks everybody!!! :slight_smile:

Planning to transfer before you start is generally a bad idea. Which school would you choose if you didn’t transfer? What major? What are the costs?

I understand that it’s a bit dangerous to choose based on transferring. Honestly, after researching and visiting I love both schools equally for different reasons and wouldn’t mind attending 4 years at either. I would like to transfer though, it wouldn’t hurt to try.

Only two schools you should even bother SCU -> Irvine, or Davis

All the rest your basically being auto rejected.
