Any athletes applying to Duke?

I received my application from Duke yesterday and the envelopes I have to send my application back in are BRIGHT GREEN. It also came with a letter from a person in the admissions office who is going ‘responsible for the processing of my application.’ Is this different from people who are not applying with the help of an athletic team? Especially, the green envelopes.

Just wondering.

And no, I am not a BB player-definitely a non-revenue sport.

I played sports in high school, but i didn’t get any help from Duke’s sports to get in.

I’m pretty sure this is different from the rest of the non-athletic applicants.
