<p>I’m a transfer student who was recently admitted to UMD for fall 2008. UMD has a pretty nice selection of biology courses to choose from, but the general science requirements are quite extensive!!! There’s even 2 chem courses (CHEM271 Gen Chem & Energetics, CHEM272 Bioanalytical Chem lab) I haven’t seen on any other school’s reqs. And so Gen Chem II is not required? I’m working my butt off on that one right now… :(</p>
