Any Buckethead Fans?

Anybody else love Buckethead?

Who?? I’ve never heard of them, but then again I don’t listen to devil music.

Miley Cyrus, Britney Spears and the Spice Girls - now they’re awesome!

I saw him in Austin last year. Fantastic show.

Pretty sure its sarcasm, but this is what’s wrong with society.

Buckethead is a truly awful guitarist, relying more on effects and gimmicks than on actual musicianship.

Why do I get the feeling that you have only listened to Jordan?

The first is a matter of opinion, but I would contest your second statement by noting that many of his greatest songs rely only on a wha-wha pedal (I think, but I’m no guitar expert myself).

I suggest you listen to “Aunt Suzie”, “The Homing Beacon”, and “Too Many Humans”.

LOL ignorantaments

I can appreciate his unorthodox and original music for he truely is a gifted guitarist (one of the best), but I’m not much into him.

To sum it up: I don’t own any of his music, but if he was playing in town, I would snatch up a ticket.

wow, surprized to see this title on CC’s forums. but yeah, i fully intend on playing buckethead’s acoustic albums like colma and electric tears for my children as lullaby’s before bedtime. some of the most moving, contemporary guitar music ever, imo. would love to see whitewash live sometime.

Not a fan of Buckethead, but I do respect his technical ability.

haha I heard his song “Jordan” on the video game Guitar Hero 2, and then I stumbled on the song “Final Wars” on youtube accidently. That’s about it… :p
