<p>during my 10th grade year, i went through a hard time, hopefully which i am going to explain in my essays to college. my mother went through have a major surgery on her pancreas, and at the same time my father had an undiagnosed illness that lasted over a year … the doctors thought it was a herniated disk, to a tumor on the brain, but in the end they found out it was MS … during this time, we had lost everything, my dad not working we lost health insurance for a year, parents in and out of a divorce, still now parents have no insurance and my sister and I have CHIP … so i didn’t do so well in sophomore year …</p>
