Any Cleveland parents on CC? Hoping for a tip on apartment hunting.

<p>I posted on the Case Western site as well. I have a kid who will be attending a graduate program in Cleveland. She’ll be at the hospital a lot. Any tips for neighborhoods to consider and ones to avoid? She needs a cat-friendly, safe place that isn’t too far. She might have to rent it sight-unseen, since she’ll be moving from the Carolinas. <p>Look in Cleveland. Heights in the Coventry area…between Mayfield and Cedar. Lots of Case students (and med and dental,school students) live in that neck of the woods.</p>

<p>Also, you might find something closer to Cedar and Fairmont…also in Cleveland Heights.</p>

<p>Forgot to mention in my PM, have her ask for a Skype tour so she can see it before renting. That is how DD saw her place when all three of them were out of state, the property manager did one. This year when finding a new 3rd person, the other roommate did it. </p>
