Any college cheaper than Barclay College at about 10.5k for everything?

<p>So would living at home, commuting, and attending your local community college for the first two years.</p>

<p>Barclay has a very specific mission, and offers a very limited number of majors. If you want to pursue that kind of education, it could work for you. However if you aren’t interested in that type of education, or if your major is one of the many, many, many majors that Barclay doesn’t offer, you need to drop it from consideration.</p>

<p>Some of these look good I wonder what cheap college the below average student GPA wise can get in? My ACT was only 14.</p>
