My three siblings and I need to keep track of our father’s numerous doctor appointments from long distance. It would also be helpful to add notes about his daily health or other issues. Does anyone know about Google Calendar or Yahoo Calendar? My father doesn’t have a computer, but obviously the rest of us do. Any thoughts?

I can’t speak from personal experience, but the computer experts on a vlog I watch weekly love Google Calendar and feel it has better/more features than the Yahoo one.

I second Google calendar. I can also upload Outlook to google.

I third Google calendar. My son even keeps the appointments for his business on it. You can link various calendars which show up in different colors to keep track of whose appointments they are. So, for example, five different people can each have their own google calendar, and share with whoever they want of the five. I can view the business calendar, my own personal and two of my three sons. Son number one views his own and the business. Son number two views his own, and one brother. Very versatile

I’m trying Google calendar, but be aware that it works better with Outlook than with iCal, which I have been using. (I have had a problem uploading more than two calendars from iCal.) I’m also a design nut, and the appearance of Google calendar (on the screen and printed) really bugs me. But again: I’m trying, because everyone seems to like it.

Thanks all; I will recommend Google Calendar to the rest of the family. It looks like it has worthy features than Yahoo.
