Any financial aid recipients done the Entrance Counseling?

<p>Got my final financial aid package yesterday, sent back my confirmation, etc. But it says that anyone receiving a Federal Loan has to have Entrance Counseling for loans to go in our Bursar accounts.</p>

<p>A couple questions about that…what exactly is a Bursar account? And when does the counseling have to be done by? I’m out of town for a few weeks starting tomorrow.</p>

<p>Bursar’s office is the one that handles all your bills. Your bursar’s account is your account with them to which almost everything is charged (i.e. your tuition, room, board, flex, etc.). In this case, all your financial aid (including loans) will also be credited directly to your bursar’s account to go towards your cost of attendance.</p>
