any good public schools good at analytical research/political science/study Cuba?

<p>Yo any good public schools have good analytical writing programs? also good political science programs?</p>

<p>Also I would like the university to have a study abroad program to University of Havana…</p>

<p>So far I applied SLC</p>

<p>Any public ones where i don’t need secondary school report or letters of rec… :(</p>

<p>Not a public school but it sure would fit your needs: Hampshire College. It’s a very alternative type of school where students custom-design their programs. Here’s a link to their study abroad in Cuba program:

<p>The only schools I can think of where you won’t need recommendations or a secondary school transcript would be community colleges.</p>
