<p>This is a side comment. I usually have greater indifference toward Indian cuisine. I mean they all like spice and taste similar. So most Indian restaurants satisfy me as long as they have good naan and serve enough sauce to mop it up. The same with sushi. They are pretty much equal in all Japanese restaurants. Chinese cuisine on the other hand show more difference in quality and regional differences in my opinion.</p>
