I’m not sure how these schools regard the new SAT, but if you get your math score up a little bit (or score well on the ACT) you will be fine for Stony Brook! GPA is a match. Truly a great school for math and research.
UCONN I believe you should be fine, but so try to get your scores up a bit. They have been getting record numbers of applicants year after year, so the more competitive you are, the better!
Just make sure you write really good essays. You have plenty of time to get the scores up. Good luck!
