This is what I found on the SLO scholarship website: The Loyal Order of Propeller Heads Scholarship Endowment supports first time freshmen pursuing a bachelors of science within the College of Engineering. The scholarship may be renewed up to three years based on successfully fulfilling the scholarship eligibility requirements.
