<p>Hi… I am an international student and applied for financial aid… bt was rejected…</p>

<p>here are some of my stats</p>

<p>SAT 1: 2120
Sat II: 2400 ( 800 Phy, 800 math, 8000 Chem)
IB predicted : 44 ( IB phy HL, Math HL, Chem HL, ECO Sl, ENG Sl…</p>

<p>Essays: decent
Recos : excellent…
Awards: Highest in IGCSE isg…
tons of other ones</p>

<p>ECs: Head girl of student council, leader business and economics club, community service director (rotary), tons of other awards in various competitions… always got straight A’s… 400+ hours of CAS…</p>

<p>So m wondering y cudn’t i be defered? and if people who applied for financial aid (international) got in?</p>

<p>very hard to be admitted to stanford if u applied for financial aid as an international. for internationals, the need for aid is taken into the account in the admissions process</p>
