<p>is it true that it takes longer for osu to make decisions for permanet resident applicants than for u.s citizen applicants? because i applied 1 week before thanksgiving, and i am still waiting.
p.s: i just became a u.s citizen after my application was submitted, should i call them and tell them to change my citizenship status or should i just wait till i got in then tell to change it?
