Any prep books as straightforward as the Blue Book?

<p>I recently bought the Gruber’s book. It was full of “tricks, tips, and strategies to save time”. I actually do better just doing it as it is. Looking through some prep books at the bookstore, the Blue Book is the only one that is straightforward and just tells you how to solve things without tricks to save time and so forth. </p>

<p>Any other books like the BB? Thanks.</p>

<p>but don’t you want tricks? I think that the tricks are the whole point of the prep books–since the books don’t have real tests</p>

<p>Tips to work better are fine, but not those “Gruber/Kaplan/whatever patented time saving tricks”. I find that they are a waste of time.</p>
