1) Pretty diverse student body of all races. (White, Black, Hispanic, Asian)
2) Urban/Suburban campus. NO rural, please.
3) Has a 65% or more acceptance rate. (Let’s just say, a school really easy to get into!!! … Maybe a school where you would see a student and say to yourself, “Wow, this guy got in???”)
4) Tri-State Area School.

What three states?

If you’re talking about schools in New Jersey, New York, or Connecticut, then how about Rutgers, Rider, or the University of Hartford?

gadad, NJ/NY/CT … i’ll include MA too.

@gadad - I’m guessing the Tri-State area means NY, NJ and Connecticut. Unless there are other states that are considered a Tri-State area that I haven’t heard of.

anyone else?

^Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky is called the “tri-state” area in Cincy.

Chicagoland is also a tri-state area.

Here’s the list of the 91 colleges in NY, NJ, CT, and MA with an urban or suburban campus and a 70% or greater acceptance rate.

[College Navigator - Search Results](<a href=“College Navigator - Search Results”>College Navigator - Search Results)

If you change that 100% acceptance rate max to a 90% maximum, you’ll cull 40 colleges out of that list.
