Any special tips for passages

<p>Heyy…
I didn’t get a good score on my critical reading … Mainly because of the passages…
i have read the tips in quite a few books … they’re all similar… eg: read the Q’s first… skim through the passage… etc…</p>

<p>any special tips? +, I do have timing problems :/</p>

<p>I have four tips for you.

  1. Slow on reading/fast on questions
  2. Fast on reading/slow on questions – get the main idea and topic only.
  3. My method (lol) – summarize each paragraph in passages into 3-5 words.
  4. Grammatix/RocketReview – read JUST THE PARTS THAT YOU NEED. Then answer the questions</p>

<p>The tips that I have provided are some “tricks.” If you lack the celerity in reading, then definitely read books. A lot.</p>
