Cliffs for English, and Arco/Petersons for Calculus.

I used PR for the first three (4 since I don’t know which english you mean), got:

4 - Lang, 3 - Lit
5 - AB
4 -Econ

I crammed for Lang for an entire week, only read an entire day for Lit (Didn’t feel prepared at all for both prior to the cramming).

Calc isn’t hard at all if you knew what you were doing during the semester. The book only supplemented what I already knew with practice problems and the practice tests were a bit harder than what I dealt with on the actual exam.

Macroecon, I crammed for in two days (I did not know what the heck was going on, not the mention it had been a semester since I had taken the class). I think the free responses really gave me a boost since I had a look at all of the ones online.
