<p>Some more information would be nice other than academics for this, i.e. what region you want to attend college in, what kind of climate you like, urban vs rural campus, large vs small school, public vs private, etc.</p>
<p>well UPenn’s neuroscience, cognitive science is one of the best in the country and also incorporates an amazing liberal arts education so that might be you dream school…
-MIT also but much less Liberal Arts
-Carnegie Mellon has good programs in your possible majors but almost no breath in courseload only depth
-UPitt also has a good program mostly due to their amazing Med School and the UMPC hospital system you could easily get in and most likely get merit aid</p>
