Any TBA students got their housing assignments changed?

to london terrace, for example…
anyone else got their assignments changed?</p>

<p>I was changed from TBA to London Terrace.</p>

<p>I was TBA 002 and I was changed to Fairfax Apts. 610.
I looked up my room on facebook to find two guys, class of '09, who both have the same major as i do. Interesting, eh?</p>

<p>Freshman year I lived in the same room that I stayed in as a bagger. The girl I stayed with was a CS major, I assume her roommate was too (since they try to pair people with the same major).</p>

<p>No, I’m class of '10. I’m entering as a freshman. I just got my housing information in the mail today with exact address and roomate.</p>

<p>It details the room draw, so you can see which rooms are most popular. So my question is: what is wrong with London Terrace? Why does nobody pick London Terrace? Does London Terrace suck?</p>

i just don’t want to end up in a temporary housing…
that would be really terrible…</p>

<p>I Just got the packet in the mail today which said I have Temporary housing but there is a “likliehood” that it will be changed. It was also burried in the middle of a long letter about other stuff. It says I would be put in a converted lounge or crammed into an occupied double or triple. Guess my girlfirend wont be visiting too much.</p>

<p>Anyone from last year know how many people got housing after the letters came? It seems like things are different this year but I was just wondering. I’ll still be checking online every day.</p>

<p>I just checked and I was placed in Margaret Morrison apts. I was hoping for Fairfax, but if Maggy Mo doesn’t work out I may request a room change later. Anyone know anything about Margaret Morrison??</p>

<p>well, everyday i check sio and today i found out that my housing reservation fee was posted to have been paid on june 30th, and i thought the $500 deposit meant the hsng reservation fee… and i got the receipt that they got my deposit around on may 6th, but my deposit is posted as not paid yet…(it was listed below the “credits” , and i think “credits” mean the money I have to pay, right?) anybody has any idea why this is happening? darn it, what is cmu doing with my money!!</p>

<p>credits means money that they’ve received (either as a check or scholarship or loan money) The $500 deposit includes the $250 housing reservation fee.</p>

<p>Charges are things they’re charging you for, like tuition. After you pay everything, charges should equal credits.</p>
