<p>Try it. Even with schools that the applicants aren’t even looking at Boston at all for school (such as Texas A&M, UC Santa Barbara)</p>
<p>I see what you are saying. However, there are some schools in which it doesn’t show up: Humboldt State, Cal Poly Pomona, Cal State Fullerton. Hmm…wonder how the Cal State system got some of its schools to be immune.</p>
<p>It’s because they aren’t considered “top colleges”. Type in essentially any school in the US News top 100, and BU will come up.</p>
<p>If there’s anything “funny” going on, I’d be less likely to think it was an under-the-table deal with College Board, and more likely to think some staffer or programmer was a BU grad who altered the algorhythm.</p>
