<p>hey everyone, </p>
<p>i’m trying to submit my rice application right, and for some reason, every time i click “submit,” this page always pops up and says that i missed the stuff on the future plans page, even though i’ve gone back and checked off the stuff over 3 times. </p>
<p>anyway, i also noticed that right next to the application link, there’s a gray dot. usually there’s a green or red arrow or a yellow square, but for some reason, only rice has this gray dot next to the link. </p>
<p>anyone else have this problem?</p>
