Anyone framilar with These Schools

My cousin just got into these schools for graduate studies in History and asked me to help him evaluate the schools. The problem is that I’m not framilar with any of these schools, nor have I looked into them since I focused on Big 10 and Big 12 schools. Thus I was hoping maybe someone here knows a thing or two about them, and more so about the History Departments.

Old Dominion
Western Kentucky University
Central Michigan University
East Carolina University
James Madison University

Only Old Dominion because theyre in NCAA. But No. I have no idea about any of those schools and/or have not even heard of them.

The only one that I have heard of is James Madison.

JMU is easily the best of all of them. The rest are all kinda average.

I’m only familiar with ECU. The history program is mostly mediocre, but they do have quite a good maritime history/archaeology program (second best after TAMU, I’d say).

Central Michigan puts out a lot of teachers. Criminal justice isn’t bad either.

There women have a reputation of being loose, and their party scene brings in people from all over the state. Casino in Mount Pleasant, so that doesn’t discourage the party atmosphere either.

nope, not familiar.,
