<p>Since I just have to hop on the Metro, I will be there. Happily, my sister had already planned to visit us then from Europe, so she’ll be there too! D2 is trying to organize her school to bus kids down for the day from Baltimore. Now we need to think up pithy phrases to put on a sign - one on each side, one for Colbert, one for Stewart. </p>
<p>And I can’t remember if Metro allows signs on a stick or not…</p>

<p>One art portfolio with the signs inside, one poster tube with the sticks inside, one stapler inside someone’s purse, a few minutes of assembly at the location, and I think you should be good for the event.</p>
<p>Happykid has another event to attend in Virginia that evening, so I’m considering driving into town - something I rarely do. However, I wonder just exactly how far away I’ll have to park. Do you suppose the lot at L’Enfant Plaza will fill up?</p>
