Anyone have a great Brussel Sprout Recipe?

Balsamic vinegar is overpowering. One can’t taste the vegetable. I like the flavor of Brussel sprouts including its bitterness. I blanch it, toss it in olive oil and caramelize in the oven. Sprinkle with fried sage on top afterwards. It brings out the flavor of Brussel sprouts beautifully. If bitterness bothers you, you could mix in sugar or honey.
